Dianna Ross, as Chief Executive Officer brings a wealth of professional management experience to our company.  These successful endeavours have provided us with a proven foundation for growing our business and it has groomed her to lead our team of outstanding executive search consultants.  The lessons learned about virtues and integrity from her past work experiences are important assets to our company today.

Prior to joining our company her previous work experience included serving as Senior Vice President for the Eastern Region of a large lateral hire firm.  The duties of that position allowed her to manage a highly profitable business division while also specializing in the recruitment of Intellectual Property and Labor & Employment attorneys.

Looking beyond the executive recruiting activities her diverse experience includes serving for 10 years as the Vice President of Operations and Marketing for a computer consulting firm and before that she managed the Chicago office for a worldwide manufacturer and marketer of industrial batteries.

The composite of these responsibilities has instilled in Dianna a vast knowledge of management skills plus an understanding of the office and backroom technology important to successfully operate a growing company in today’s market place.

Dianna received her education in business administration and marketing from Ohio University.  She has served on the Community Advisory Panel for Dow Chemical and Duke Energy for nearly ten years. She is a member of the Paramount Arts Center, Paramount Womens Association and supports the Pendleton Arts Center.  In June, 2011, she was elected, Vice President of the board of directors for Sarah’s Place http://www.sarahsplace.com, a non-profit organization “empowering all, especially women and minorities, with the resources to succeed”.

She and her husband are avid bicyclist and members of the League of American Bicyclist, while also supporting the Kentucky Bicycle Commission, and were among the core group responsible for forming a community bicycle league nearly ten years ago.  She currently serves as President of the local bicycle league.
