Franke brings to Adams, Ross & Williams extensive experience as an executive level leader with demonstrated skills in the areas of personnel recruitment, training and organizational leadership.   Prior to joining the company, he served twenty years as Assistant Superintendent in one of Ohio’s public school districts where he recruited, screened and recommended for hire many of the district’s 165 current employees.  Other experiences included Glenn’s service as an adjunct instructor at the Southern Campus of Ohio University as well as teaching, coaching and a 4-year stint as a high school principal.
